Shiney Ahuja turns rape-accused

Shiney was accused of raping his maid servant on Sunday, after which he was detained for questioning. The charge was made by the maid servant herself. Hardnews learnt that the actor broke down during interrogation; unconfirmed police sources say that he admitted he had indulged in sex with the victim with her consent.

However, Shiney's wife, Anupam Ahuja, has strongly denied the police claims of Shiney's alleged confessions; she has said the allegations are rubbish and cooked up. She claimed her husband is being framed, and "the truth would be out soon". She said she has total faith in her husband and deeply loves him.

The maid servant had reportedly been working at Shiney's residence since the past one-and-a-half months. His wife and two-year-old daughter were not in the house at the time. He also allegedly threatened the victim if she complained to anyone. The victim's uncle took her to Oshiwara police station, where she filed an FIR against the actor, following which the actor was detained for questioning.

Ahuja has been taken into police custody till June 18 following a magisterial order. He faces charges for rape under Section 376, threatening another person under Section 503 and wrongful restraint under Section 339.

Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja is reportedly in the dock as medical tests conducted on his 18-year-old maid confirmed that she was sexually assaulted, according to latest police claims and media reports. Ahuja had earlier been quoted by unnamed police sources that he had confessed that he had "consensual sex" with the girl, and that he was being "framed". The medical reports, however, suggest that Shiney has raped her -- according to the latest claim made by a senior Mumbai cop.

Shahid and Priyanka have Split again

Earlier whenever there was a tussle, Priyanka would try to make peace. However, this time she was not in a mood to fix it.” Another reason for the break-up was Priyanka’s friendship with Mubina Rattonsey. The source also said, “After Shahid broke-up with Kareena, he got close to Mubina. It was also believed that she was more than a confidante to him but then things went wrong, and they drifted apart.”

Priyanka Chopra was introduced to Mubina through some close friends and they got along instantly. However, Shahid did not like their friendship. He thought that Mubina would influence Priyanka against him. He asked Priyanka to stay away from her but she did not listen to him.
